Former State's Attorney With Over 38 Years of Experience

Michael J. Brennan

Michael J. Brennan, Esq.

Michael J. Brennan has been a practicing attorney since 1985. He established the Michael J. Brennan Injury and Accident Lawyer offices in 1995. The firm was founded to represent personal injury and criminal defense clients in the Cook County region and across Illinois.

Over the years, he has developed a solid reputation for prompt service, aggressive representation and securing the highest possible compensation for clients. Michael personally handles every case that is received by our office. This means that you are directly dealing with Michael personally, and are not handed over to an associate or junior lawyer. That can make all the difference to your case. Michael will work together with insurance companies in order to secure the compensation that you deserve for your injuries and work at getting criminal charges against you either dismissed or lowered.

Before establishing The Michael J. Brennan Injury and Accident Lawyer offices, Michael worked in the capacity of Assistant State Attorney with the Cook County State Attorney’s Office. In his capacity as Assistant State Attorney, he prosecuted several cases on behalf of the state. This experience also gave him valuable insight into the workings of a courtroom.

Working with Michael

Michael understands that clients who meet with him have suffered an injury and are traumatized by the experience, or are facing serious criminal charges and are looking for advice. We will work to help you recover the compensation that you are eligible for by using negotiation strategies and get the best possible outcome for you. However, if the best possible outcome is not possible through negotiations alone, Michael will not hesitate to take your case to court.

We pride ourselves on offering our clients a high level of service and dedication. At our firm, your case is not just handed over to an associate lawyer. Instead, Michael will take a personal interest in your case, and will resolve your concerns.
