LAW SCHOLARSHIP
Overview
As a former prosecutor who is now a personal injury and criminal defense attorney, I have spent extensive time on both sides of a courtroom to understand how important having proper legal defense is to freedom. I have created a scholarship to promote the importance of liberty and justice through video essays that answer the question “why is it important for those charged with a serious crime to have proper legal defense?” The winner will receive a one-time $500 scholarship towards their education.
Eligibility
Current students or those who have been accepted to an accredited college, university, or trade school.
Requirements
- Create a ~ 3-minute video essay
- Upload video essay to YouTube
- Click the button below to complete and submit your application
Judging Criteria
Video essays will be judged on creativity and persuasiveness.
Deadline
All submissions must be made by May 15, 2019.
Winner
One winner will be announced. and the scholarship money will be distributed directly university by June 30, 2019. The winner will be notified by email.
